- This is the first episode where no named female characters appear on screen, so therefore it's the first episode not to feature Carole Boyd since her debut in Postman Pat takes the Bus.
Goofs[]
- Through out the episode, Pat is driving PAT 4 when he should be using PAT 1 as he does not visit the sorting office at all.
- To warn traffic, Pat's cloth should have been red and not orange.
- When Pat finds out that the doors of the van are loose, an electrical sound can be heard seconds after Pat says "Oops!"
- Pat should have been driving PAT 2 as the rollers would have been too big for PAT 4.
