Postman Pat 2 is an audio adaption released on Audio Cassette by BBC Audio on 5th September, 1994 and then on CD on 5th August 2010. It contains radio adaptations of the episodes Postman Pat and the Tuba & Postman Pat and the Barometer.

  • The audio adventures feature Ken Barrie as the male characters and Carole Boyd as the female and children characters.
  • The audio adventures also contain music and songs from the original Postman Pat soundtrack. The songs present are Postman Pat (Theme), Travelling Music and Walking in Greendale.
  • The audio on the CD release is slowed down by ten percent, making it sound different to the original release.
  • Postman Pat and the Tuba does not contain the song Pat sang in the original episode.


  • The Special Delivery Service sorting office is pictured on the cover of the CD, but is not heard in the actual audio episode, because Postman Pat and the Tuba was made around the time of Season 2.
