- Going by production order, this is the nineteenth episode of the third season.
- The woman in "The Big Book of Magic Tricks" is actually Nisha with her hair and body drawn over to look like someone else.
- Meera’s birthday cake was originally used as Litterbug's from the "Charlie Chalk" episode "Return of the Litter".
- The super giant-sized ice cream pudding from the "Noddy's Toyland Adventures" episode "Noddy and His Money" and the Christmas special “Noddy and Father Christmas” is amongst the food for the party.
Goofs[]
- "The Big Book of Magic Tricks" does not have its title written down on the front cover even though Mrs. Goggins reads it out loud.
- When Ted tells Ajay they need to get on with preparing for the magic show, Ajay says "Righto" without moving his lips.
- Two of the shots where Pat turns the pages of his magic tricks book are the same one being played either way.
- Lucy says "OK" without moving her lips.
- At the party, Julian says "Oh no" and "Eh" without moving his lips. The shots when he says both are the same one being played either way.
- Lucy has no eyebrows when Pat reveals her card.
- At various points throughout the episode, Pat has no eyebrows.
