Postman Pat's New Video is a VHS release of Postman Pat. It was released on 4th November, 1991 by BBC Video, and then it got re-released by BBC Video on 4th July, 1994.

- This is the first Postman Pat video to feature the 1991-1997 BBC Video ident.
- This video was released before the two episodes were first broadcast.
- This video features an advertisement for the previous four BBC Video releases at the start.
- This is the only time Postman Pat and the Toy Soldiers came before Postman Pat takes the Bus. On all future releases including Postman Pat's Bumper Collection, Postman Pat's Prize Postbag and the DVD Happy Birthday Postman Pat, Postman Pat and the Toy Soldiers came after Postman Pat takes the Bus.
